A visit to the local park this morning.

V1 What the peacock showed me most. V2 He briefly turned roundSmile thank you peacock. V3 this is the lovely damsel that this magnificent display was aimed at. She took absolutely no notice and leisurely strolled out of sight.

Well, she obviously realised how ill mannered he is since he was showing you his backside most of the time, although he is a handsome beast when flashing his full plumage she, like most women, is not impressed with show offs GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

Every time i have tried to photograph a Peacock, they turn backwards like yours has. But when they turn the right way there's not a more stunning bird. Also the Peahen is very different in comparison. I have some on my hard drive i must look up now i have seen yours

Terrific series and even though V2 is a classic, I prefer V2 for its amusement value and novelty. The lady's reaction reminds me of my favourite cartoon, two Peahens looking contemptuously at a Peacock in full display, one saying "Cut the crap, show us your willy!"
