Here's the second picture of the Goldfinch, this time with a companion, captured during my lunch break at a local park. They were very busy indeed collection bits from the pussy willows. Not sure what they were doing here, whether it's a courting couple exchanging gifts or nest material. Any ideas? In either case, it was lovely to watch!

Thats lovely Sue, I'm having trouble seeing one of these at the moment, let alone two.

doesn't anybody stay at their desk during their breaks anymore?.....You just can't get the staff nowadays, they're all too interested in getting out there trying to earn themselves an EC rather than doing proper work!......LOL

Think I'm going have to snitch on you to your employer Sue, your getting far too good at these lunch-time snapshots now....

Ade....LOL

It's just 2 old ladies having a gossip at the bus stop!
Really nice shot, but I find some of the background a bit distracting, especially that big out-of-focus blob on the left. Maybe a tighter crop & clone out some of the twigs?
Just me being picky. Well done.

Are you up for it?
Hmmmm, I may be......

Charming image, Sue, an important mating moment captured (see above).
I have to agree with Roger, there are a few annoying distractions. I don't think he's being picky, just honest. A super image like this deserves a bit of tlc......imho ! If you'd put up the mod option, I'd have had a go for you.

Thank you all for the feedback! I always prefer a comment left, picky or no, than not left at all!

I think I will "have a go" tonight at removing the distracting bits, and maybe post in a day or so to get some feedback on how I have done. Still feel a bit unsteady with too much PS work, but I am willing to try.
