Might be interesting to see a small bit of colour added to the eyes and hair...just as a variant.
Also, regarding the shirt itself, on her right side, it seems wrong- is she half-wearing a light jacket or something ?
The more I look at that one area, the more distracted i get from an overall fine work.

I really like this, would like to recreate something like this, I agree with Barry, some partial saturation could be good, but I just like that kinda thing! Think this is lovely tho, really nice
