i shoot this at the middle of the night. there was not enough light. just a street lamp that make this image yellowish. so i turn in to BW. because i didn't like the colors the street lamp gave.

I like this and the mod. certainly works.
Personally, I'd crop a bit from the bottom too.

ow, i think there are so much foreground, right?
I've taken another look think that it benefits from a bit of a crop all round.
So I've produced a mod. in which I've cropped it on three sides, added contrast via an 'S' curve and sharpened it.
You'd get a much better result than I have, if you applied that to your original.
