He's playing Jim. We always believe, little is much when God is in it. If the government people doesnt do their job faithfully, they are the one who'll gonna pay it to God someday. Blessed are the poor for they shall see God. We have many Non Governmental Organizations, open arm rich people, some business groups and sectors, rich countries, etc who are willingly helping these people. Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao the Pound for Pound Champion of the world was among these poor people before, but still, he dont forget God and his past. He valued more every single blessing he receives and share it to others regardless of races and status in life. The Hatton of UK and Pacquiao of the Philippines boxing fight will gonna held in Las Vegas USA on May 3. Let the best man win
Stay safe everyone, SWINE FLUE VIRUS is attacking now mostly in the western world from Mexico. It reaches the New Zealand and South Korea already. Philippines is still negative of the new virus.
Dennis
sweet shot. He looks like he's having fun.
I hope he's too young to know he's poor.
Great shot, I hope that one day, these people will be able to escape their poverty, and that this country can work together to help them.
Marco
Still lost in his very serious little world.

I'm certain this little man is unaware of his circumstances. He certainly delights in simple pleasures.
Excellent colour in this image.

this little chap will probably grow up happier then many of the rest of us for his experience of life - very natural shot tho beit sad but tomorrow is another day and I expect he is happier than we might give him credit for
Win or not the truth is Manny will continue to help poor people here in the Philippines Matt. Filipino people salute his dedication to his country, countrymen and God. That's why we love him, other races love him too especially Americans. Hatton and Manny have a mutual respect with each other. It's a good fight of honor and friendship between them and our countries.
Thanks everyone ![]()

But is he sad or is he content with is life, please don't take this the wrong way of course we all know of is problems and we take so much for granted and I wish I could help him myself, this is his life and he is probably a very happy chap because he knows no different more is the pity. A great image Dennis. - gary
Another beautiful well composed shot. Superb.

Dennis I have been pondering over what to comment on this image,I have been privileged to have visited the Philippines,we met many very beautiful people but also very poor people whom we found to be so polite and no matter how poor always seemed to be smiling, although they have so very little the kids we met wanted no more than a good education and were willing to work so very hard to gain this to enable them to experience what us westerners so take for granted, unfortunatly very very few will ever gain it ,we met people who had NOTHING !!! but what little they did have wanted and willing to share...a bit of fruit for instance , I have just been looking at my snap shots taken there...perhaps I may up-load one or two, poverty over there is rife and unless one went to see for themselves would not ever believe in a million years how people live and survive,it would do many of our selfish self centred kids to come there ,they would certainly return home thanking their lucky stars,I would love to visit again some-time.

Forgot-- in contrast with my little boy of the day-- this one is not so unlike all little boys if left with a few tools and a puddle
the Amish children are carefully trained into their work ethic-- your little one would soon be doing farm chores as well as playing-- I suspect he helps out at home, too!

Homeless at his age?
There is a lot waiting to be done in this world and put straight!
How ever, he still seems to enjoy life - God bless him!

I will not add to the comments above, but will just say this is a very special image, and beautifully photographed. It has a natural charm and I like the child's curiosity and industry.
A great shot dennis It brings it home how lucky we are
Susan
All words are really appreciated and treasured. Thank you very much people of the world. God bless your heart and soul.
