Fatsia japonica in fruit.. This house plant of my neighbours started off in Tesco ....then she planted it in the garden a few years ago.... Its now 10 feet tall and bearing fruit.

Still playing with light, this is iso 400 1/125 f5.6 in natural light highlighted with a torch and slightly sharpened in p/s (thanks EPZ for pointing out canon 400d's have slight problem with soft focus (in the camera review section), learn't that here and appreciate it). ps ...tried the telephoto to try take a macro ....what a hoot ...guess everyone tries that once!

Still having fun and learning and a big thank you to all who have left comments and suggestions before.

Interesting plant. The details in the fruit are nice, and so are the earthy colors. Thanks for the fairy poetry tipSmile
