I am after improving so any advice will be great.
Done in photoshop, The planets were done using textures dodge and burn tools outer and inner glow except the rings, i used clouds, twirl and free transform. The small stars i used add noise and the bigger onces i used lens flare 105mm and stretched them, duplicated and rotated. The Nebula was done with clouds filter and i drew the colours and depth i wanted ( did my head in doing it manually without a pen just the mouse) and the use of the clone tool.
Birds, clouds and sea all added from DA.

I would probably of carried on upwards but i am scarred of heights. LOL

A really imaginative and striking image and a very unusual format - nice work! I might be tempted to move the ringed planet a little higher, but others might disagree.

You have a magic touch in photoshop....
This works very well....
The letter box keeps it nice and tight.
Well done...

Fantastic, I like it a lot! Being really picky, have you tried the two planets slightly further apart as they might look a teeny bit crowded.

What a great idea and unusual format, like your work.

looks a good creation, id bet tempted make the white border thinner as it does tend to distract a little bit form the whole apsect of the image, G

Concept and execution both first-class. The nebulae don't look particularly real but I don't think that matters. Just a very fine piece of digital art.
