I treated myself on Monday to a macro lens and spent some time yesterday tinkering with it........will prove to be quite a learning curve, I think.
Anyway, this is one of my first attempts, the same orchid that featured in the previous posting.
Just hope I'll get the hang of it in due course!

My thanks to all who commented on Pink Orchid, and a very special thank you to Joan {EMJAYCEE} for her User Award which is greatly appreciated.

Ronnie.

Hi Ronnie, as the time passes you can have mastery on this lens too, but as this one is the beginning of a long journey with this lens then this one would do but this is not of ur standard.. Nice though...

Nice use of a new lens, macro is harder than just clipping the lens on the camera. Great detail and I love symmetry here Ronnie.
