This is yesterday's upload cropped even more tightly to emphasise the village and remove the dark shadow areas which were unbalancing the comp.

Superb. Less is more. Beautiful colours. The new crop really works well.

The panoramic srop works really well. I like the way the image gradually moves from the orange light of the foreground to the blue / pink in the distance: it really gives a sense of the turning from day to night.

Fantastic - vivid colour, and an excellent composition and crop. Really draws the eye through it nicely.

Thanks gang! Yes, I definitely prefer it this way. Don't know why I didn't crop it like this in the first place...
