Steve, no it was taken with a partial polerization. Because of the huge gorge you have to shot when the light is most difficult and not in the evening or morning light, so this may give a slightly more blue appearance.

Yes, I think you'd need to stitch several together to get them all in. Nice detail shot with the rainbow being a perfect touch.
