Another from the Morecambe Winter Gardens last week, I know the model is relatively small in the frame but I wanted to capture the grandeur of the building itself as it is such a wonderful place. Obviously I shot others where the model was much more dominant but this is one of my favourites as it illustrates well what a great theatre this must have once been.

Lit with two off-camera flash units, one outside the main door aimed at the model and the other behind the revolving door lighting up the wall.

Thanks for the votes and comments on the others, I'm sure I'll be sharing one or two more yet Wink

Darren.

Thanks guys.

Sarah it certainly is a fantastic location, the only shame is we both had to cut it short as we had to get home. Hopefully we will return though as there is so much more to get from there.

Darren.

A fantastic shot Darren, lighting & composition are excellent and there are a few nice touches in the shadows as your eyes wander, especially like the window on the right.
