This is the evening view we had from one of our hotel room windows on Granville Island Vancouver. I loved the floating village (seavillage). It was taken through a triple glazed window so not as sharp as I would have liked. It was great sitting there all warm with a dram watching.

Excellent exposure given the difficult lighting conditions Dave. Great shot of a really interesting place. At least you should have been warm behind triple glazing.

You look absolutely freezing in IAND'S shot.

Thanks to all for comments, I was cold in IAND`s picture, in some funny places I can tell you.

I have been desperatly trying to comment on your images but my connection speed is so slow tonight that the images take an age to load so please take a click all.
