Hi , a couple of images from Crosby , Liverpool....first was taken about 15minutes before sunrise(looks good massive ) and the second about half an hour after...thanks for looking, Jeremy
Good slows shutter work here, the movement and tones work well
Nice work Jeremy, particularly V1. The blue toning suits the mood perfectly.
Superb compositions and lovely blue tones!!
An outstanding pair of shots.
The second image is really excellent but that first one is really rather special, Jeremy.
Both looking good...
A couple of gems ..
Stunning photography, Jeremy!
Huge thank you to Richard and John , made my day thanks guys
Superb Jeremy, wet feet ? or waders. Worth the effort !!!
Thanks Ron....waders as usual , will need a new tripod soon the sea has killed it
Lovely inky tones and movement, Jeremy.
Two excellent images in both execution and processing.
Both fantastic Jeremy but have my UA for v1 - seen so many images of the Crosby figures but this is something different (and excellent)
I have very mixed feelings about Gormley plonking his figures down on the landscape, but you've certainly made a good image there.
I rather like V2.
Thanks Ian and Jason , it means a great deal .......... Alan , would it have helped if Gormley was female ....personally I think they work really well although he should have had a dog
Superb in all aspects!
Vi for me, darker moodier and the figure makes the image with the slow exposure. Excellent work
Hard to choose between these two Jeremy - first class photography.
Two stunning pics.Full of atmosphere.
You just know whats coming next... Awarded a truly magnificent capture that I would just love to have been responsible for. Top shot matey
Stunning images.. V2 for me!
Cheers - S.
Absolutely stunning photos...perfection!
True class mate.......
Two great images - V1 is special.
V1 is just superb, in every way. This sculpture seems to be everywhere these days, but I really do like the way you've done this image. The muted blue tones and the long exposure are ... well, superb
Two beautiful images........love the soft muted tones.
I know you are inundated with UAs but either is worthy of such so I'm throwing mine into the mix. A masterclass in minimalist fine art beauty.
Not often you get two superb images uploaded together, congrats on the EC
Wow where do I start feels like I'm at the oscars ....many thanks to Dven , Mark, Source , Paul , Alan and Phil for the UAs and the EPZ team for the EC and of course to Nikon and Gitzo to whom........
Over the moon thanks Folks
Two superb images Jeremy. V2 is excellent but V1 is outstanding. The toning and cloud movement are very effective but its the composition and the relationship between the sculpture and the distant buoy that gives this exceptional impact in my opinion. The space for UA's is getting full but I am sure there will be room for mine.
A stunner I love it
Images like this do my head in! Why? Because they make me realise how far I am behind great photographers like yourself!
Well done on the EC, but it was probably an easy decision for them!
Like the tones in this .
Stunning! I can see why it has received so many awards.
Stunning ....,,..the word used so many times in your image comments and it is just that. Stunning!
This is art - inspiring and makes you stop and look!
a lot of respect!
