An interesting use of the fence as part of the composition. My initial response was 'what a pity' but on looking again I have come to feel that the fence is a contributing feature of this landscape. A

I like the fence - a nice crisp contrast against the soft reflections in the water. I think it could do with a bit of straightening though. The water looks like it falling to the right
