Excellent focus and natural skin tones, adventurous composition that puts the background out of focus. I like this a lot.
Photography against the light ("contre-jour") isn't always easy because the light can fool the camera metering; here you have "burn-out" just beginning in the hair, but actually it has enhanced the image rather than spoiling it. A very slight change of position, to block the sun with the head, could have provided rim lighting for the hair which is also attractive.
