Out for dawn up at Over Owler Tor in the Peak District yesterday morning. Liked the first sunlight catching the lumps and bumps in the snow field.

Was supposed to have been the start of the "warming" up but it didn't really feel like it!! Quite a bit melted over last night though, so it's on it's way (for the time being!)

Was hoping to have made a visit to Spurn Point this morning but all weather forecasts last night looked like it was going to be a grey & foggy start. Looked on Spurn's webcam at 8.50am, and it was a beautiful dawn! Bloody forecasters!

Great shot Martin, love the hint of orange on the snow. Me too...been wanting to go over to Spurn but put off by the forecast each time only to find it's been a lovely day and I've missed an opportunity to shoot a seascape which I've never done before
