This image was taken a couple of months ago now, when I was in a slightly better condition than I am now. However the photograph was taken at Whitstable with a good friend and her delightful children. I have decided to upload this image two for two reasons, "Firstly when I look at it reminds me of how much better I was a couple of months ago, before my set backs started rearing their ugly heads. Secondly It reminds me of my childhood when I would spend hours of fun climbing amongst the rock pools and playing the sand, whilst at the same time looking out for the rest of mum's every increasing brood.

Thank you all for you're caring and kind comments yesterday. The day started off fine, but soon went down hill. I am feeling much better in mind and body today so, with the help of my support worker we are going on a little excursion, and maybe indulge in a large slice of something nice, and a refreshing pot of Earl Grey.

Hope you all have a great day regards Nathan.

A fine shot of the youngster, Nathan: it's funny how certain images bring back memories, hopefully those recalled are more often happier ones.
Have a good day out and enjoy that large slab of calories with your Earl Grey.
Ronnie.

I'm a "Yorkshire 'hard water' Tea" man personally, but whatever variety it always goes down well. A fine portrait of that young man, Nathan.
