A tiny section of Aira Force taken while in the Lakes. Limited knowledge regarding running water so let me know what you think!!
Also thanks to everyone who looked in on the House & Garden. J.

Excellent water movement, Joan, well captured. Not too sure about the presentation, though, I don't think the image needs an inner border. Carol

Nice shot Joan.
If you want the soft milky effect then a slow shutter speed is requred normaly using an ND filter to get a reading of abour 6 sec on a tripod, i see nothing wrong with this at all, the frame is not my cuppa but only my oppinion.

Regards

Trev.

A super pic Joan but without the inner border. You have summed up Aira Force exactly with its power and majesty.

Aira Force is a fantastic waterfall, such energy! A beautiful image, which really captures that power but I think it would be better without the layered effect - it's too elemental and raw and needs to look that way if you know what I mean!

I like the fact you have not offered us running milk instead of water!! Beautiful scene with lovely textures which is really pleasing, but I do have to add to those who suggested the presentation is not doing it any great favours. Any chance you'd be able to let us see this again minus the inner border?

Good image...it all depends what individual people like with regards to the water....there's merit in both natural and milky.

On this I feel it needs a touch more contrast/sat and sharpness.( i did a mod) Smile

I like your ''running water'' which I think is a much more better way to capture the movement. Sorry, but I don't like the inner border!!

Nicely composed shot and I like to see the water movement, which I do here. Have to say don't think the frame suits the shot either. V2 much nicer. Moira
