Morning Folks,

I've not been around much of late as I have been working, working, working... Looking forward to the next ten days off. Popped to New Brighton last night with him indoors. We thought if would be a waste of time at first, as the bank of cloud to the left looked like it was about to obliterate any rays of sun. Thankfully it dispersed to give a pretty dramatic show. The receeding tide gave a very nice reflection of that dramarama sky. I wasn't expecting to take many pics as it looked a bit glum on the webcam, so didn't pack my wet gear. So this is a sandals kicked off and soggy frock shot. The colours look a bit fakey bacon but I can assure you they are straight out the box. I tried a tweak to de-magenta it but it didn't look right.
Busy day ahead for me so will pop in when I can (and prolly when I am avoiding doing horrid jobs at home).
Thanks for looking, any comments gratefully received.
Mand.

Wow - packs a punch and really stands out - I like the fact that you put the lighthouse front and centre, it adds to the drama and works really well with the cloud patterns.

A classic example of "rules are there to be broken". Knowing when to is the art...
Excellent work.

A brave move placing the lighthouse dead centre, but it actually works, some great colours in that sky.

I hope you are well Mand.

Andrew.
