wow i stood for ever trying to get this just right! {i was getting wet as well} but even though its the best out of all the shots i got im still not compleatly satisfied! please help me make it better!

This is a gorgeous capture, I love it when water looks like water! You've caught the wave brilliantly.
I took it into Photoshop Elements 9, and gave a small tweak in 'Enhance > Adjust Lighting > Levels', this really brought out all the wonderful colours in the water and rocks. I then took it into 'Quick Edit' and gave a little adjustment in 'Midtones' and 'Highlights'. Just a tiny bit of 'Sharpen' and there you are. 
I hope you think I've slightly improved it - to be honest you had a good shot to start with, all I've done is made very small adjustments!
