playing with myself again in photoshop Grin

had a worry the blackness of the eyes wouldn't look the same on other screens how i see on mine but thanks to the reaction, i can now relax Grin

i have a love hate feeling for black eyes like this - i love the scary creepy dark menacing feel of it but i love eyes and usually the first thing i look at when talking to someone so all black makes the person seem soul less Grin

Apparently, the regular human eyeball opens to around f/3.2. This guy looks like he's upgraded to f/1.2 L-series eyeballs — you can probably see the red rings around them in the colour version. *nodnod*

thanks everyone Grin

i do actually look like this and apply make up when i go out of my house and photoshop normal features to make my face more human Grin

i use the liquify tool set to bloat with a large brush to increase the eyes. then on a seperate layer, i use the circle selection tool and drag an oval to the shape of the eye socket. fill with black, deselect and apply a subtle amount of gaussian blur to soften the edges, then set the layer to overlay and drop the opacity to about 90% to let some of the detail of the actual eyes show through. sometimes i draw a couple of white dots for highlights if needed but usually the ones on the real eyes are effective Grin

Think you need to re-word your write-up, Peter! Carol

Strangely unsettling but I like it! Thanks for describing how you created this great image.
