I was away yseterday and ran the Swedish masters championchipr marathon. Won my age group m55 on a time 2:55:15. So I am rather pleased today, this is the weater on friday evening and on the race we had about 20 mm rain thunder and lightning, so it was a great experience. Running in deep water at occasions
