Nicely exposed, wonderful colours, it may have been cold for you, but the image deffinately has a warmish glow
I hate be a Johny Grumble Pants, but it seems to me there is a lot of noise in the foreground,and a bit of banding too. It looks like its been lightened up in PS and some artifacts have appeared. A bit of noise reduction should sort it.
The camera work and composition as excellent as always.

).. Not lightened much as there was a very bright street light just there plus I used my flash. I presume you mean on the bollard, I need to have a look on my screen at home, my immediate reaction is that it is the way the light is catching the mottled rusty surface but maybe not.

Just checking on my home monitor and I can still see it theres a definite set of lines through the rust and going into the concrete on the right.
