Another one from near Arisaig up on the West Coast of Scotland. Taken after sunset on a 30 sec exposure to get the blue colours and misting of the incomming tide. Small Isles of Eigg and Rhum in the distance.
A nice simple shot with bags of mood. I likethis a lot
a wee crop from the sky??? Just a thought...
Fabulous blues, Angela...
Thanks Jouko....you could be right
Lovely shot love it
Beautifully understated shot. I do agree withe the suggestion re cropping a tad off the sky I think it would enhance the balance of the image.
Nice shot, great colour, composition draws you in.
The sea is almost like drifting sand.
Great colours and light, I also agree with the idea of a little crop of the sky but a fabulous shot nonetheless.
Nice cool colours and a sense of movement, like it!
I love this as it it, i tend to get a feeling of 3d, with the sky coming over above you, this is a beautiful calming image....
Beautifully muted image, very relaxing and loads of atmosphere.
I agree entirely with Hells Bells!
The sky is vital in this image, cos it creates that impressive feeling of space that draws you in (almost flying!) to the centre of the scene.
Lovely work Angie
Thankyou everyone! Wasen't expecting this to do so well, so pleased that it has I am trying to look differently on what somone would hang on their wall as a canvas, and it seems to me that more simple scenes like this are what a lot of people look for.
