A set of images all taken last spring showing the beach at Weston-Super-Mare. V1 and V4 -V7 were all taken in late March when we had a heatwave with the temperatures reaching 23 degrees. This was our summer of 2012 these four short days!Wink

I could think of no better place to spend an English Seaside Holiday Ed. Hopefully I shall be returning to Somerset House next year for two weeks kindly provided by the Royal British Legion.

Ah, Yes, I remember those days so well! What a lovely set again. I do love V1 with those wonderful colours, the boats at anchor and the figures on the bach as well as that wonderful pier.

I didn't have time to comment yesterday but just had another look. Your images are a memory of childhood of holidays at the seaside - lovely stuff. I do like the very sunny and warm v1!

A fine set if images Ed, which do Weston-Super-Mare proud indeed, 23C is a lovely temperature, we had about two months of unrelenting high heat and humidity last summer, day after day up around 30C with the feels like hitting 40......way too much for me!

Lovely interesting set of images.
The light difference between 1--2 is very noticeable,,looks tobe a lovely sea side resort.

v1 and v2 were taken on different days, v1 in March and v2 in February when it was much duller and colder!
