What's Brown and.....Fluffy?

A brownie with marshmallows, of course!

I made the marshmallows to go into the brownies (which I was making for my sister and her work friends), but I used tiny little ones which promptly melted into oblivion when baked! Lol! But they all enjoyed the brownies so it's not all bad

Used my snazzy new white plate for this one. I think the brownie looked better on the white plate (photos on red plate to come next!). I'm not sure whether I prefer V1 or V2, and V3 was just another crop I thought looked ok.

Set up very similar to the marshmallow shots (see yesterday's upload for photo), but the light was getting low so I had to use the little lamp with a half-sheet of kitchen towel for a (totally fire-safe) diffuser to soften the light.
