This is the son of one of my best friends taken at a gathering of old University friends that I attended this weekend just gone. There were loads of kids running around and I managed to get a lot of shots that the various parents utterly adored...this is one of my favourites.....hope you like it.... ![]()

Thanks Jools....guess its not everyones cup of tea as its got virtually no interest, but glad you like it!
I do! lol!
well done mate. Top image, well composed and throwing the background out of focus has worked a treat, fine shot
Thanks Dave, glad you like it! I was wondering if I had done something wrong with the lack of interest on this...lol! ![]()
Hi Johnny. I think this pic will not win you votes but hearts. Now back to the criticims part. Could you sharpen it overall to make the young lad crisper. I am looking at this at work so may be my monitor.
Thanks Studio, appreciate it! Its already been sharpened quite a lot, so hope its not the new camera or lens!!! But from my end, it looks pretty sharp. Hope its your monitor!
lol! But glad you like it, thanks!
Would love to have had that to hand Cole to be honest, but these shots of the kids were all quick candids as they were running around like nutters, so had to try and do the best I could with the light and situation I had....and this was at the far end of my 105mm, so don't reckon the pop up would have been any use.....know what you saying as I think the face it a touch dark, but it was as good as I could get without wrecking it in PS! lol!
Thank YOU Dylis. That's very kind of you to say and no problem on the comment. Was a lovely shot! ![]()
