The tide was coming in at sunset. First time Ive been out with my camera since my dad passed last November.

I really like this Chant. The central focal point works for me and I like that hint of reflection on the jetty.

an excellent lighthouse shot, great scenery and wonderful light.
Angle, point of focus, perspective, colours and clarity, shutter speed. Cant ask for more.

Gorgeous subdued colours and your comp works really well with the central lead in and FP. Some might have tried to exclue the metal railings but I think they work relaly well as a lateral lead in. A very successful return to a hobby you clearly are very skilled at! Well done ![]()
I lost both my parents at a young age and over the last few years photography has been my outlet.

. The central positioning of the lighthouse works as the eye is lead down the causeway to the focal point.
