Sundays is the only time I get to do any processing & uploading. Trouble is the internet connection dies in the evening hence the early upload.

Nothing new, as most of my work of late has been a different project, not really the type of thing for EPZ, tho one may make an appearance at some stage.

Anyway let me know what you think.

The title refers to the demise of the FG tree stump and survival of the other in this desolate environment.

Love the foreground cracks and crevices and of course dead stump. Then the lovely shape of the surviving tree against the beautiful sky. Cracking shot.

You've managed to lift the foreground detail very well indeed, whilst maintaining the lovely tones and colours in the sunset. A real cracker... Dave

Trying to catch up on here after a week's holiday and my broadband connection died too earlier! Beautiful colours and tones, Nick.
