This is one from my Borneo visit in 2011
Whiskered Tree Swift ( Hemiprone Comata )
I captured this little fellow on a dawn jungle trip in Danum Valley National Park, Sabah, Borneo
This area is protected as pristine jungle away from the Palm Plantations that are taking over the country.
The National park have erected high level walkways into the tree line, supported by cables & wooden planks to walk on.
These walkways gets you closer to the wildlife that inhabit the tree tops
This little swift was perched on a support cable for a walkway
