The first in a series of Whitby which we visited today. This is St Mary's Church taken from the other side of the harbour while standing on the harbour wall. I quite liked this image as you see more detail the more you look.
Look out for the Seagulls circling near the church and for the guy on the beach who was digging for somekind of shellfish probably.
The image has been processed through Photomatix to bring out the detail.

Very colorful. Nice crop to reduce unnecssary empty water or sky. Lot of interest to justify a large print.
Shellfish, lug worms, somat lahk that! Nifty bit of processing - has that old postcard look to it.
