I had planned to take a few shots inside the abbey grounds...
This one was originaly in colour which I have converted to black and white,
I wanted something moody/atmospheric...

Mode - Aperture priority.
Shutter speed - 1/125th of a second.
Aperture - f22.
Filter - Circular polariser.

Better large,
thanks for any comments...

I love it - one of the best I've seen of this much photographed subject. The B&W treatment is so effective in emphasizing the gothic atmosphere of the scene. Terrific.
