Not an Albino but a Leucistic bird (in which some or all of the plumage is white but eye pigments are unaffected). One of a brood of three or four on the roof of a friends house.

Not a perfect shot but the best I could get standing on a chair and leaning out of a skylight while the birds hopped around.
