Wow not seen one of these before, great shot

Thank you all. After standing on the railing at the canal, it bobbed its head up and down, and sideways a few times, presumably to spot a fish swimming by, and in a flash it flew into the canal and flew off with a small fish in its mouth - too fast to capture!
