This is one of the Macclesfield players taken at the weekend. Really good light meant I was at 1/1600 at ISO 200 meaning I could get a good 'freeze'

As for the title, one of our players walked off the pitch and straight to hospital to have 6 stiches on his thumb after having it split open by a stick-finger-stick sandwich as someone went to shoot on goal. Ouch.

hockey is a great fast moving game Simon, i used to love shooting it, that ball travels really fast is hard as hell & if it heads in your direction you better duck quick haha. nice colours & super light well done
