These are some native daffodils growing wild by the River Teign at Dunsford. They have shorter stems and look more delicate than the garden variety. It was lovely to be out this morning in this sheltered valley with some nice light and some warmth from the sun.

Really, really spring-like. The depth of colour, light glinting on the water and the first blooms alongside the last leaves, say it all. And the angle!
