I love this stuff and I can tell you that fried with sausages and butter when camping, is the perfect way to start the day.

We are very fortune the river Derwent seems to be overly abundant with it and you only have to pick a couple of leaves to get plenty of taste.

Beautiful shot.. I wonder what they smell like. When I was walking at Balton abbey, there were a lot white flowers covered the ground. They smelled a bit like chives, but the leaves were a lot wider than chives, I wonder if they were wild garlic. I had no idea what they were. ..
