Nice capture. Why can I never find anything this beautiful in the wild?
Good use of DoF to blur the background.
I do find the left of the image distracting, there appears to be a large clump of blurred grass in front of the tree.
Also I think it may be slightly over exposed. I find if I am shooting outside I tend to use Raw and correct the exposure in my raw converter.
