I came across this poor window on one of my strolls. It was so horribly derelict that I thought it might made a good photo.

How right you were - the flaky paint is lovely and the composition excellent.
An artist couldn't have painted it better.

Right up my street! An abstract with textures.
You don't often crop your images but can I suggest a square crop from the top of the frame? It would enhance the abstract quality, for my eye at least, and place the horizontal band more or less on the third. The Rule of Thirds is something that I love breaking, but it can actually work very well.

An image which tells many a tale, full of life and death, sorrow and happiness, love and hate.

I'm enjoying what looks like condensation on the window, like silver droplets!

A painterly abstract, Joline. I like the idea of a square... the geometry sounds right.

Great display of decaying 'chic' Joline. What a pity that the poor old building has wasted away to such an extent.
