I often see this plant / bush on sides of buildings and like, as in this image, all the subtle shades of reds / mauves / yellows etc, which always catch my eye.
For me the blue sky reflecting from and brightening the the window is important as if it had been a dull overcast day it would probably be just a dark blob.

A beautifully framed window Penny . You have captured the vibrant colour of the leaves before they all blow away . Love the blue sky reflected in the window to give the window even more colour.
