I'm a bit dissapointed that I didn't include the boys feet and skateboard, I was just trying out my new 50mm lens when this lad came whizzing past. Never too sure as to what shutter to apply in these situations?

Well the poster cuts feet off too!
Witty, subtle observation. Particularly good as the lad's clothing and bag echo the background tones perfectly.
Sideways motion close up - 1/500 second or faster to freeze. But I rather like the motion blur in this, it contrasts with the poster.
That's a fabulous lens by the way. I covet it.

I like the motion blur, and, as Moira points out, the lack of feet matches the poster and doesn't detract at all. well shot from the hip.
