Wire We Here
Posted by invitation from LynnJoyce, etc. who established a "Wire study" initiative.
Photographed near the Po River in Turin, IT.
Clearly, they need to add a few more wires to complete this design----
Gosh what a mess
This is nice, well seen and taken, Jenn.
Nicely done, Jennnn. I'm glad to see another contribution to the "Wire We Here."
As already mentioned, nicely seen.
Your comment made me smile. It does look like an incomplete drawing of a deliberate pattern. One wonders how many wires are needed to power the lights on a single light pole.
I suspect this is the source--- wires powering other resources as well as the light---
What happens when a fuse blows !
Made me giggle. Cathy
Wonderful, beautiful lamp-- what a shame about those awful wires.
That lamppost is securely attached
Pie in the sky, safely kept in place!
N I C E !
Well spotted and a great title
love the title and the picture beggars belief almost spoilt for all the wires but you have captured the essence beautifully and made it look very attractive
Nice contribution to our little game. It's a beautiful lamppost and such a shame to see it 'webbed' like that.
YAY welcome to the happy band with this awesome wires shot. The mind boggles, just how many wires does this lamp post need?
I may have my wires crossed here Jenn,
but love the ''coronets'' on top of the lamps !!
Way hey! I didn't know you were in on it too, Jennnn
Beautifully composed and shot, this. And yeah, so well balanced if not for those "missing few"!
In this case the wires do spoil the beautiful light as the wires on the Santorini Bells do, but I guess they need power from somewhere!
that is special among them all.. because there is a mess but rather orderly.. that is a beautiful lamp.. and maybe those wires are not to illuminate it.. the wiring for it should run inside the pole as happens usually.. perhaps the lamp is being used as a point to route wires.. maybe..
I like this a lot, even the wires. It just needs a few more wires on the left.
Nicely breaking all The Rules, here, Jenn.
Not just with the wires themselves.
There's 14 of them - and 6 lamps...
Proving that even numbers work magnificently..!
Well spotted photo opportunity!
Great image Jenn.
Lovely angle of view
Jenn, what a great image!
very well seen and taken
Well spotted Jenn, your title made me smile..Lin
