Another from RIAT on Saturday. This one's the F-117A Nighthawk, Stealth Fighter, nicknamed the Wobblin' Goblin because of it's unstable flight characteristics. Thought I'd stay clear of the Thunderbird shots Wink

Not the most dynamic of performers, but a surreal thing to see flying and detail is well captured here.

How do you take a shot like that? Are you in another aircraft yourself as it appears you are above the clouds??

Looks mighty fine either way!!

Great shot. Surprised to hear on Sunday that all of these planes are being retired and there will be none left flying by this time next year.

I tried to get this shot but ended up with blue sky and clouds, must have been stealthier than I thought!! Nicely done.

Thanks all. Shot was taken from the ground. Just lucky with the formation.

Blimey... that and having mount everest next to the fly-by must have helped!

I know it's not air to air, but it looks like it could be. Great shot Steve.
