A 160 shot focus stack of a deceased Wood Ant (I found it dead, all my similar shots are of insects found already dead)
For this shot I used a full set of extension tubes, 180mm macro lens and reversed 50mm, plus a work bench and focus rail, also a thin cardboard tube painted black inside (for the black background), natural light and home made reflectors.
