This is my late entry for Silly Sunday, was looking through old photos and found this shot I took one night whilst visiting a friend. She gets regular visits from Hedgies and they are quite partial to a wotsit! or anything else the birds have left!

Thanks for all looking and hope you chuckle like I did!

How lucky she is getting these little visitors. Used to see them regularly but none at all of late. I gather dog food is the recommended offering rather than Whatsits!! They do add some great colour to this image though.

Well the Wotsits were leftovers which got thrown out for the birds, but it seems the Hedgies are quite partial..... She does leave out Hedgie friendly food as well, guess you can't tell them what to eat though, much like her kids! lol

Awww, It's very sad that they are declining at such a rate! It's a shame more people don't have the same determination to try and save them, it can only happen if everyone pulls together to save them from extinction in the UK.

A lovely capture, Sammy, we have quite a number of hedgies here and the two dogs love playing with them, but always in the middle of the night, and they wake us and the neighbours up with their antics Grin Carol
