Yaaaaaaaaaaaahoooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have it back in my hands again. The camera and I are no longer parted. I opened my camera bag this morning to a barrage of abuse, the first thing I heard was "Where the heck have you been." It continued for a good five minutes, "it's dark in there." Blah blah blah. I ended up telling Nik to shut up or I would lock him away for another three weeks. He then told me I wouldn't be able to stand three more weeks without him, he's right of course, you see, they hold all the cards, not just memory ones neither. The alarm then went off, time to get up. It was all a dream or nightmare, whoever heard of a camera talking. Tell them what Nik, no shush and go to sleep.
Anyway, straight in the kitchen with my camera equipment in tow, put the kettle on and then quickly outside to brutally hack a few Crocus flowers from where they were growing, I have past experience with these flowers and I know if you cut a flower before it opens and leave it in a glass in the house it will open over a short period of time, in fact just enough time to make and drink a cuppa and then put the kettle on again, I'm not really human until I have had at least two cups of tea on a morning. You know I always feel bad after I have cut a Crocus flower, I know within probably two hours it will be finished for good and be going in the bin, I have never had one last much past that amount of time, why I don't know. Still, they live on as images.
I didn't get out with the camera as I was hoping to, I have got to go to the Midlands tomorrow and the car needed a clean, so that took me most of the day and then it was the three monthly wash of our living room carpet, that always takes about 4 hours. Two teenagers, two dogs and a cream carpet all amount to it needing a wash every two to three months. Ruddy hard work.
Thanks for having a look and for any comments and clicks.

I note that your camera is male Andy - now that would explain why they're always out of energy when you really need them! (Not to mention the fact that if you leave them for long enough they discharge all by themselves
)

Seemed a long time eh? Wow glad you're all back to normal.
This is a little beauty! Well captured.
