A yellow mushroom. Or is it a toadstool?! Taken handheld with a macro lens in the deep woods so not as sharp as I'd like - but given the wet conditions it's not too bad. Must remember my tripod next time.

Looks like a Larch Bolete, Suillus grevillei, assuming you are in the UK, and Larch trees were nearby. I guess that is Wood Sorrel nearby too.
