With this sort of image it is a case of shoot first and ask questions afterwards. Considering that, you have captured the fleeting moment very well. I would suggest tonng down the distracting highlight areas in th background, otherwise it's a fine effort. Great title, too.

Your mod is well done Frank, very clean. But, to me, it makes the shot look a bit posed and clinical. I would like a bit of tone in it and a suggestion of something behind him - an office?

Great environmental type portrait, hardly needs the title.
(in this context by environmental I mean picture of person in workplace, within their environment. I think this is the term?)
