The fledgings have started to venture into the garden, very funny to watch them try to work out the feeders. At the moment they can only sit in the trays and eat the leftovers.

That's a lovely shot! I have posted a Mod which (hopefully) resolves your concerns about the composition - though personally I think it is just fine as it is. There is wonderful detail and colour in the image and I just love those vibrant greens in the backround which with the subject make this delightful viewing.

Fabulous shot...have seen them briefly in my garden but not been unable to get a shot of them...unlike the adults who will flit from feeder to perch !
