First and I think last Zimbabwe International hot air balloon festival. The kids were so enthusiastic as you can see in this picture. Old scan so apoloigies for the grain.

Have you ever gone up in one ??

As for me, I have done it in New Mexico many years ago and you don't feel like you are actual flying more like floating in the sky below.

Yes I crewed for a couple of people over about 10 years. Agree with you it is like floating. Gave me some great opportunities to get in close and for air to air shots.
